Build on the field service intelligence layer.

Everything ResolveGrid does for a technician, from identifying the asset and diagnosing the fault to bringing in a live expert and recording the fix, is available to your agents and your systems. One API, one MCP server, one set of credentials.

MCP server and API

What you get

A hosted MCP server for AI agents, a documented REST API with webhooks for your systems, enterprise security that covers both, and a sandbox tenant with real equipment to try it on.

The MCP server is a thin layer over the REST API. Every tool calls a documented endpoint, so nothing is reachable through an agent that is not reachable through the API, and security review covers both at once.

MCP server for AI agents

The ResolveGrid MCP server is hosted, tenant-scoped, and OAuth-protected. Point ServiceNow Now Assist, Claude, Copilot Studio, or your own agent at your tenant's endpoint, sign in, and the tools appear: pull asset context, run AI troubleshooting, launch a live visual-assist session, retrieve the summary, and write the resolution back to the work order.

REST API and webhooks

Sessions, session artifacts, troubleshooting, knowledge, assets, and tenant administration, every endpoint documented in an OpenAPI 3.1 specification you can generate a client from. Webhooks fire when a session starts, ends, or its summary is ready, and carry your own reference ID so events route without a lookup.

Security built for agents

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for agents and users, client credentials for servers, and SSO federation into the same issuer as the ResolveGrid apps. Every tool and endpoint declares the permission scope it needs, tokens are bound to a single tenant, session media is served through signed expiring URLs, and every call lands in an audit log you can export to your SIEM. Nothing your tenant sends is used to train shared models.

Permission scopes per tool and endpoint
Tenant-bound tokens and signed media URLs
Audit log exportable to your SIEM

Sandbox with real equipment

Try it before you buy. Every sandbox tenant ships with demo assets and their manuals already loaded, so your first troubleshoot call returns a real answer, and your first session link opens a real visual-assist session.

What you can build

Five patterns customers and partners start with. Each one uses the same tools your technicians already rely on, so the result lands in the same work order, case, or knowledge base.

Closed-loop ServiceNow

Partner and OEM portals

Start with one integration, prove it on a sandbox tenant, and scale to every agent and system that touches a service event.

Tools

The MCP tools

Six tools cover the loop from understanding the asset to recording the fix. Each one calls the same documented REST endpoint and returns structured data plus a short summary an agent or a person can read.

Deployment

Available in every deployment mode

The REST API runs wherever ResolveGrid runs. The MCP server is hosted for cloud tenants and available inside your network for on-premises and air-gapped installations.
